By using our website and making a booking at Vachaa Homes, you agree to the following terms:

General

• Vachaa Homes is a serviced guesthouse located in Leh, Ladakh.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard Check-in Time: 11:00 AM

• Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
   

Property Rules

• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

• Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.

• Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.
   

Liability

• Vachaa Homes is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings.

• We are not liable for any injury or inconvenience caused due to your own negligence.
   

Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts.
