Booking Policy:

• We only accept confirmed bookings with 100% full payment at the time of booking.

• There are no reservations or holds. Once payment is successfully completed, your booking is instantly confirmed.

• A confirmation email will be sent immediately after payment.
   

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours (2 days before) before the check-in date: Full Refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours (1 day) before the check-in date: ₹1,500 will be charged as cancellation fee.

• No-Show (if you do not arrive on the check-in date): You will be charged the full room charges for the entire booking.
   

Refund Policy

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• All cancellations must be sent in writing via email to vachaahomes@gmail.com.
   

Modification Policy Any request to change dates is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
